Your responsibilities

• Carrier coordination: prepare shipments for dispatch, coordinating pickups with various freight carriers (e.g., fedex, ups, ltl) and ensuring proper scheduling
• Documentation management: accurately generate and process all necessary outbound documentation, including bills of lading (bols), shipping manifests, and export paperwork
• System processing: accurately input shipping data into the warehouse management system (wms) or carrier-specific software to generate tracking labels and final freight bills
• Quality assurance: perform final checks on packed orders, ensuring correct contents, labeling, and secure packaging according to carrier standards
• Labeling and staging: accurate shipping labels and stage finished goods in the correct outbound lane for prompt pickup.
