Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing the best customer service to our customers, will efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure that all packages are accurately received and logged into our system for proper distribution. Candidate must be able to lift at least 50lbs, pack, email, scan, print, fax, answer emails and phone calls. This position requires familiarity with computers, phones, printers, willingness to work collaboratively with our team members to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Duties Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy ensuring that all items are in good condition for shipping. Operate computers, fax machines, printers. Be able to open and close the store when ready. Pack and ship Assist in receiving and organizing supplies orders. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve any discrepancies. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Qualifications Customer Service Experience Good communication skills - oral and written (emails). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft programs is beneficial but not required.
