We are seeking an experienced detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team at Machine-Pro Technologies, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming/outgoing shipments and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. Your contributions will be vital to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. • please consider applying to our CNC Machining Positions) Responsibilities Picking, packing, counting, shipping, receiving, labeling, cycle counting, palletizing and placing parts in correct inventory locations
• hard requirement Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels as well as managing paperwork throughout the cycle Load and unload trucks
• hard requirement Work with staff, co-workers, customers, and vendors as needed and required Utilize basic math skills to verify quantities and measurements during receiving processes. Operate forklifts, overhead crane, and other equipment safely when necessary
• hard requirement Drive van as needed and required (no overnight) Drive box truck as needed and required (no overnight) CDL is not required Must have valid Ohio Driver's License along with a clean driving record High School or equivalent education 8-1/2 Hour Shift (30 minutes unpaid lunch) Eligible for overtime pay for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours per payroll Payroll is weekly Requirements Proven experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations is preferred.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed. First Shift Only
