• Shipping & Receiving Specialist
• to support warehouse and production operations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow throughout the facility. • Key Responsibilities
• Shipping & Receiving
• + Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently + Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality + Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials
• Inventory Management
• + Maintain accurate inventory records + Perform cycle counts and routine inventory audits + Use inventory management systems to track materials and stock levels + Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Material Handling
• + Pick, pack, and stage materials for production and shipment + Ensure materials are available to support production schedules + Maintain organized storage locations and warehouse layouts
• Team Collaboration
• + Work closely with production, warehouse, and other departments to resolve material issues + Support continuous improvement initiatives + Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
