Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Shipping Assistant Supervisor will help run the daily work in a shipping warehouse area. This position will guide employees, double check work is done correctly, and ensure shipments leave on time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Passes daily instructions from supervisor to department employees Checks that outgoing orders have correct shipping/product labels Solves problems with delayed orders Enforces standard operating procedures and company safety policies Escalates team issues or conflicts to Management and Human Resources Covers for Shipping Supervisor during absences Performs other duties as assigned

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
