This is a hands-on, part-time position. No previous e-commerce or warehouse experience is required, and full on-site training will be provided. The ideal schedule is approximately 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday, but we are very flexible and can work around your schedule. We ask that you are consistently available at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory Inspect products for damage or discrepancies Apply product and shipping labels accurately Poly-bag, bundle, package, and prepare products for shipment Pack outgoing inventory into shipping boxes Maintain an organized inventory and work area Break down boxes and dispose of packaging materials Follow product preparation and quality-control procedures Assist with general inventory and fulfillment tasks as needed Requirements Strong attention to detail Reliable and consistent attendance Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Able to work independently after training Able to follow instructions and established procedures Able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a small-business environment No previous warehouse or e-commerce experience required Schedule We offer a highly flexible part-time schedule and can work around school, another job, or other commitments.

Consistent availability at least 3 days per week Opportunity for Growth We are looking for someone who can grow with the business. We expect to expand into a dedicated warehouse space in early 2027, which may create opportunities for increased hours, additional responsibilities, and advancement. Future responsibilities may also include assisting with direct-to-customer order fulfillment.
