Shipping Clerk :

Reviews customer requirements for outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet customer specifications. Weighs and processes shipments via UPS and FedEx. Verifies accuracy of shipping notices, bill of lading (BOLs), invoices, orders, and other records. Coordinates with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries, track shipments, and communicate updates to managers. Utilizes reports to pull parts from production and confirm that product is shipping from the correct order. Prints daily sales receipts and cross-checks computer software to ensure accuracy.
