In this vital role, you will coordinate shipping operations, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain seamless warehouse distribution processes. Responsibilities Prepare and process outgoing shipments using various packaging materials, ensuring all orders are accurately picked, packed, and labeled for delivery Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load and unload trucks efficiently Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, recording discrepancies or damages as needed Manage stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory within the warehouse distribution area Assist with order picking using order pickers and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders, including e-commerce orders Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or order fulfillment roles Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, calculating weights or measurements, and verifying order quantities Knowledge of packaging standards and best practices for secure shipment of goods Experience with picking & packing techniques to optimize speed and accuracy in order processing Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and documentation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within a thriving warehouse environment.
