Order Fulfillment and Shipping Clerk Location:

Santee, SC Job Type:

Full-time (Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm / Friday 8:00am-4:00) Pay Range $16.50 (Entry) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment and Shipping Clerk to assist with the outbound flow of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders from inventory, packaging them securely to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Additionally, you will assist in unpacking bulk items and placing into inventory bins for picking and shipping. You will serve as a vital link between our warehouse operations and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities Order Processing :

Retrieve customer orders and pick the correct items from storage areas using mobile devices or scanners.

Packing & Labeling :

Package items securely to prevent damage during transit and apply accurate shipping labels and documentation (packing slips).

Quality Assurance :

Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and condition, resolving any discrepancies before they leave the facility.

Safety & Maintenance :

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Receiving :

Assist in receiving finished products and placing in appropriate locations for picking and shipping.

Key Requirements & Skills Experience :

Prefer 1-3years in a warehouse or shipping/receiving preferred.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and shipping software.

Physical Stamina :

Ability to stand for long periods and lift objects up to 30-70 pounds regularly. Attention to

Detail :

Precision in matching SKU numbers and verifying order details and quantities.

Communication :

Strong verbal and written skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
