$18 per hour Position Overview Motorola Solutions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Worker to join our manufacturing team at our Allen, Texas facility. This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of returned materials, inventory management, and outbound shipments, supporting both our customers and production operations. Key Responsibilities Provide support for returned merchandise authorization (RMA) shipping. Pack and prepare boxes of returned products for shipment or processing. Stage products and manage work-in-progress as required by workflow demands. Verify product quantities and part numbers with high attention to detail. Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers as well as replenishing warehouse and production locations. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and various motor vehicles. Utilize SAP and other inventory management systems for data entry and inventory tracking. Ensure a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all company and OSHA safety guidelines. Conduct cycle counts and communicate inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Control Specialist. Execute additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Several years of previous warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience. Proficiency with warehouse management/inventory control systems, particularly SAP. Basic computer and mathematical skills; ability to perform accurate data entry. Strong organizational and communication abilities. Demonstrated attention to detail, especially when distinguishing between similar part numbers. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, and maneuvering in a busy warehouse environment. Steel-toed boots are required for this position. Preferred Characteristics Strong work ethic and dependability. Exceptional focus and accuracy on repetitive, detailed tasks. Adaptability and flexibility to support shifting priorities and assignments. Commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
