The Shipping Coordinator will help us in our goal of impacting lives for good by providing an excellent experience for customers receiving products accurately and on time.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Fulfill all product shipping orders as efficiently and accurately as possible. Ensure correct shipment of international and domestic orders.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. Ability to communicate clearly via phone, email and IM with professionalism. Proficient typing, and basic knowledge of scanning, faxing and filing. Knowledge of company shipping software and UPS Worldship. Willing to perform other operational tasks as needed. Regular participation in monthly community initiatives Community committee involvement including planning and execution of at least one community event each year Product Preparation

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 50lbs at a time Prolonged periods of sitting/standing to prepare orders for shipment

EDUCATION REQUIRED

Work experience in shipping facility a plus but not necessary
