In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate processing of outgoing shipments, coordinate with warehouse operations, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Duties Prepare and verify shipping documentation using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), software to ensure accuracy and compliance. Pick, pack, and label orders accurately utilizing RF scanners, order pickers, and pallet jacks to facilitate smooth shipping processes. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, inventory management software, and data entry to prevent discrepancies. Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve any shipping or receiving issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of shipments, returns, and stock movements for audit purposes and trade compliance. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock for efficient order picking and packing for e-commerce or wholesale orders. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management software. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for weight measurements, quantities, and measurements during packing and order fulfillment. Skilled in using forklift certifications, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Excellent data entry skills combined with customer service experience to handle inquiries related to shipments or delivery status.
