We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist whose primary responsibility is accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This is a hands-on, production-focused role in a structured warehouse environment. Primary Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship B2C (retail) and B2B (dealer) orders accurately and efficiently Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information Process shipments using company software systems Prepare packages to meet company quality standards Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas Secondary Responsibilities (As Needed) Assist with light product assembly and packaging Support inventory organization General warehouse and operational support Performance Expectations Meet daily productivity standards Maintain high order accuracy Follow safety procedures Work independently with minimal supervision We do not micromanage. Self-discipline and accountability are required. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail (this role requires reading and verifying numbers accurately) Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written instructions and procedures No prior firearms experience is required for this role, but warehouse or shipping experience is preferred. Paid, on-the-job training is provided.
