Starting at $56,000 per year, depending on experience About Sedona Permanent Jewelry Sedona Permanent Jewelry is a locally owned jewelry brand located in Uptown Sedona. We specialize in permanent jewelry, custom jewelry, charm bars, private parties, events, and meaningful jewelry pieces customers can wear every day. We are launching our Shopify e-commerce store and are looking for someone experienced, organized, creative, and dependable to help run the online side of our business. This is not a remote or hybrid position. This role will be based primarily at our brick-and-mortar store in Uptown Sedona. About the Role We are hiring a Shopify Store Manager to help manage our Shopify website, fulfill online orders, pack and ship products, run Klaviyo email campaigns, support digital marketing, and create promotional materials that help grow both online sales and in-store traffic. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands e-commerce and enjoys being involved in the daily details of a growing retail business. You will work closely with the owners and in-store team to make sure the website is accurate, orders are fulfilled correctly, promotions are launched on time, and customers have a polished experience online and in person. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly, stay organized, and help turn website visitors, tourists, in-store shoppers, and social media followers into customers. What You'll Be DoingRun the Shopify Website You will help manage and maintain the Sedona Permanent Jewelry Shopify store on a daily basis.
Responsibilities include:
Uploading products, photos, pricing, descriptions, tags, variants, and collections. Keeping product pages, homepage banners, collection pages, links, and promotions updated. Writing clean product descriptions that help customers understand and purchase. Making sure the website is easy to shop, visually polished, and accurate. Reviewing the website regularly for errors, sold-out items, outdated products, broken links, or missing information. Helping launch new products, charm drops, seasonal collections, gift guides, and online promotions. Looking for ways to improve the online shopping experience and increase conversions. Fulfill Online Orders This role includes hands-on order fulfillment from our Uptown Sedona location.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring incoming Shopify orders. Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. Printing shipping labels and preparing outgoing packages. Making sure each package feels polished, organized, and on brand. Updating fulfillment status and tracking order details. Communicating inventory issues, customer questions, or shipping concerns to ownership. Keeping the packing and shipping area organized. Support Inventory & Product Organization You will help keep the online store aligned with what we are selling in store.
Responsibilities include:
Helping coordinate product availability between the store and Shopify. Updating products when items sell out, restock, or change. Organizing product names, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, categories, and photos. Helping prepare online product launches and seasonal promotions. Making sure the website reflects the products and experiences we are promoting in store. Run Klaviyo Email Marketing You will help create and manage Klaviyo campaigns that support online sales and customer retention.
Responsibilities include:
Creating emails for product launches, charm drops, new arrivals, seasonal promotions, gifts, events, private parties, and customer follow-up. Helping build welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, post-purchase emails, repeat customer emails, and win-back campaigns. Writing warm, clear, polished email copy. Helping grow the email list through the website and in-store opportunities. Tracking email performance, including opens, clicks, purchases, abandoned cart recovery, and customer engagement. Create In-Store & Digital Promotions You will help create marketing materials that connect our brick-and-mortar store to our Shopify website.
Responsibilities include:
Designing flyers, rack cards, signage, QR-code cards, email graphics, Shopify banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials. Creating in-store promotions that encourage tourists and locals to shop online. Helping customers learn about the website while shopping in store. Creating materials that drive email sign-ups, SMS sign-ups, online purchases, charm drops, gifting, and private party inquiries. Making sure all customer-facing materials look polished, clean, and on brand. Support Digital Marketing This role is not mainly a social media role, but digital marketing will support the Shopify store.

Creating product-focused social media content that supports the website. Helping promote online launches, charm drops, new arrivals, private parties, and events. Responding to basic product, online order, and shopping-related inquiries. Helping guide interested customers toward shopping online, visiting the store, or booking a private event. Looking for ways to turn one-time Sedona visitors into repeat online customers. Communicate Daily With Ownership This role requires strong communication and follow-through.

Communicating with ownership on a daily basis. Sharing what is complete, what is in progress, what needs approval, and what needs attention. Staying organized with website updates, orders, inventory notes, product launches, email campaigns, graphics, deadlines, and customer questions. Asking smart questions when needed. Working independently once expectations are clear. Being a team player with the owners and in-store staff. What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: The Shopify website is accurate, polished, and easy to shop. Online orders are fulfilled correctly and on time. Product launches and promotions are organized. Klaviyo emails are going out consistently. In-store shoppers know they can shop online after leaving Sedona. Website traffic, online sales, email sign-ups, repeat purchases, and customer engagement are growing. Ownership feels informed because communication is consistent and clear. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has real experience with Shopify, e-commerce, order fulfillment, digital marketing, and graphic design.

We are happy to train the right person on our brand, products, voice, and internal systems, but we are not looking to train someone from scratch. We need someone who can step into the role with confidence and take ownership. Required Experience Hands-on Shopify experience. Experience managing or supporting an e-commerce website. Experience uploading products, photos, descriptions, pricing, variants, tags, or collections. Experience with order fulfillment, packing, shipping, or customer order management. Experience with Klaviyo or strong email marketing experience. Experience creating email campaigns. Experience with Canva or similar graphic design tools. Experience creating flyers, signage, digital graphics, or promotional materials. Strong writing skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Strong daily communication. Ability to work fully in person at our Uptown Sedona store. Preferred Experience Shopify product launches, collection pages, homepage updates, and abandoned cart strategy. Klaviyo welcome emails, abandoned cart emails, post-purchase emails, and repeat customer campaigns. Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools. Jewelry, retail, hospitality, tourism, gifting, weddings, events, or lifestyle brand experience. Experience connecting brick-and-mortar foot traffic with online sales. Experience creating polished customer packages or branded shipping experiences. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred. Schedule This is a full-time, fully in-person role based at our brick-and-mortar store in Uptown Sedona. This is not a remote or hybrid position. This role requires being on-site to manage the Shopify website, fulfill orders, pack and ship products, create in-store marketing materials, coordinate with the team, and support the daily needs of the business.
