Pomona, CA Job Details Full-time $36,000 - $50,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Packing Order shipping Team management Attention to detail Chinese Full Job Description About the Position We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on E-Bike Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Pomona, California. The ideal candidate has experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team coordination. Chinese and English bilingual proficiency is required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate/listen effectively in both languages. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations Receive, inspect, organize, and track e-bike inventory Manage packing, shipping, receiving, and deliveries Maintain accurate inventory records Organize warehouse space and maintain a clean and safe work environment Coordinate with sales, operations, and other team members Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff as needed Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies Help improve warehouse organization, efficiency, and workflow Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed Qualifications Fluent in Chinese and English Able to read, write, speak, and listen effectively in both Chinese and English Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or management experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a warehouse environment E-bike, bicycle, automotive, or consumer-product experience is a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the
United States Compensation:
$3,000 per month base salary Commission opportunities available Full-time position
