We Welcome Candidates Who Have:

Warehouse operations experience Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations Staff supervision or management experience Customer service and client facing experience Japanese and English communication skills Spanish language skills are a plus Interest in building a stable, long term career Job Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations Manage warehouse staff and day to day floor operations Monitor inbound and outbound shipment activities Provide customer service and communicate with clients Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflows Support continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties related to warehouse operations and management Schedule 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Location Torrance, California Compensation Starting at $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications Bonus opportunities available Salary increases based on performance and company policy Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Coverage begins the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Employee contribution is 14.5%. 401(k) Eligible after one year of employment, with company matching up to 4%. Vacation Vacation time increases based on length of service. Eligible unused vacation may be paid out at the end of the year. Sick Leave 48 hours provided during the first year. Paid Holidays 11 paid holidays plus a birthday holiday. Unused birthday holiday may be eligible for payout. Life Insurance Optional coverage available.
