50 hours per week (Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed) About MSP Supply MSP Supply is a growing swimming pool supply company serving contractors, commercial customers, and homeowners throughout the Florida Keys. We distribute pool equipment, plumbing supplies, chemicals, and construction materials while providing exceptional customer service and reliable delivery. Position Summary MSP Supply is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organized Inventory Manager / Delivery Driver to join our team. This position combines warehouse inventory management with local deliveries throughout the Florida Keys. You will be responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving and organizing products, preparing customer orders, and safely delivering pool chemicals and other pool supplies to customers. No Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Required This position involves driving a standard company delivery truck throughout the Florida Keys. A valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record are required, but a CDL is not required . Responsibilities Deliver pool chemicals, equipment, and supplies throughout the Florida Keys. Load and unload delivery vehicles safely. Receive incoming shipments and verify inventory. Stock shelves and maintain an organized warehouse. Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Restock products and rotate inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Operate a forklift and pallet jack (training provided if needed). Reorganize the warehouse to maximize efficiency. Transport products from the warehouse to the retail showroom/customer service area. Assist customer service by retrieving products for customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. Assist with shipping and receiving. Follow all company safety procedures, including proper handling of pool chemicals. Qualifications Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL is not required. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Forklift experience is a plus (training available). Strong organizational and time management skills. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
