Big Dex Comics Alpharetta, GA Job Details Full-time From $15 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Distribution operations Packing Moving Attention to detail Warehouse experience Event setup Full Job Description Big Dex Comics is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Manager to join our growing team! This is not a desk-only position. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our warehouse operations, keep inventory organized and accurate, and jump in wherever needed. From exclusive comic books and collectibles to convention inventory and incoming shipments, you'll play a major role in making sure Big Dex Comics stays organized, efficient, and ready for whatever comes next.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Manage and organize warehouse inventory, including comic books, collectibles, supplies, and other merchandise Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory and shipments Maintain accurate inventory counts and help identify discrepancies Create and maintain organized storage systems that make inventory easy to locate and access Pull, prepare, and organize inventory for online orders, live sales, conventions, and special events Assist with packing, shipping, and fulfillment when needed Help load and unload boxes, inventory, displays, and convention equipment Prepare inventory for comic conventions, trade shows, and live events Travel with the Big Dex Comics team to select conventions and events when needed Assist with setup and breakdown of convention booths and displays Monitor warehouse supplies and help ensure the team has the materials needed to operate efficiently Help improve warehouse organization, inventory processes, and overall workflow Work closely with the Big Dex Comics team to ensure inventory is accounted for and available when needed Take ownership of keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and operating efficiently

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong organizational and inventory management skills Previous warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, logistics, or retail experience is preferred Experience with inventory systems, Shopify, spreadsheets, or similar tools is a plus Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate inventory counts Ability to work independently and take initiative Strong problem-solving skills Reliable, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with team members Willingness and ability to travel for select conventions and events

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position is active and hands-on.

Applicants must be able to:

Regularly lift and move heavy boxes and inventory Lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or appropriate equipment Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods Load and unload inventory and convention equipment Assist with booth setup and breakdown at conventions and events
