This person should be organized, dependable, and comfortable managing both people and projects while also helping in the warehouse or field when needed. Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations
• Manage and coordinate installation crews
• Find, hire, and schedule labor as needed
• Prepare installation bids and estimates
• Coordinate equipment rentals
• Operate a forklift
• Manage employee and crew timesheets
• Track job costs and project expenses
• Create basic project and cost reports
• Manage projects and schedules in Monday.com
• Assist with installations and removals when needed
• Pack and crate items for transportation or storage
• Document installations and removals with photos and job information
• Make sure crews, materials, and equipment are ready for each project
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Qualifications
• Experience in warehouse, construction, installation, or operations
• Experience managing crews and projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in both a warehouse and on job sites
• Basic computer and reporting skills
• Experience with Monday.com is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
• Willing to be hands-on and help wherever needed

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
