The Warehouse Manager will lead and develop the warehouse team while ensuring accurate, efficient, and safe operations. This position plays an important role in maintaining excellent customer service, controlling costs, improving productivity, and ensuring compliance with company, quality, food safety, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced warehouse or logistics leader who understands manufacturing warehouse operations, inventory management, employee development, and continuous improvement . Key Responsibilities Manage all daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, freight, returns, and inventory. Lead, supervise, train, and develop warehouse employees. Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and employee development. Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve operational issues as needed. Manage finished goods and raw material inventory to ensure accuracy and availability. Monitor inventory control processes and implement warehouse best practices. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness. Oversee the purchase, maintenance, and safe operation of forklifts, warehouse equipment, and vehicles. Maintain P&L responsibility for warehouse cost centers and monitor operating expenses. Ensure employees consistently follow company policies, procedures, and work rules. Ensure compliance with Quality and Food Safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company safety programs . Promote a safe working environment and ensure all employees follow required safety protocols. Participate in internal and external audits and provide required documentation. Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or a related environment. Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience required. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving. Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize warehouse management and business systems. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. #

$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
