Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Recycling Manager EverTech is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to join our team in Waltham, MA . This is more than a warehouse job. You'll play an important role in keeping our recycling operations running, working with electronics, driving our box truck, and eventually taking on more leadership responsibilities as our company continues to grow. What you'll do: Load and unload trucks Drive our box truck for customer pickups Sort and process electronics Disassemble electronics for recycling Handle equipment that may weigh 50+ lbs Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently Take responsibility for warehouse operations when the owner is away What we're looking for: Reliable and hardworking Personable with clear communication skills Willing to learn Valid driver's license Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Tech-savvy is a plus, but not required No prior warehouse or recycling experience is necessary. We're willing to train the right person.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5

PM Pay:

Hourly — not a salaried position
