As our Delivery & Operations Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and become a key member of our leadership team. Who You'll Lead You'll provide leadership for a diverse operation that includes: Delivery Operations Installation Operations Project-Related Field Execution Dispatch & Scheduling Fleet Operations Operational Training Field Safety Leadership Development Cross-Department Collaboration You'll directly lead: Installation Project Manager Dispatch Supervisor You'll partner closely with: Warehouse Manager Assistant Warehouse Manager Receiving & Loading Supervisor Together, you'll create a unified Operations Leadership Team focused on employee development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do As Delivery & Operations Manager, you'll: Lead the day-to-day execution of our Field Operations organization. Develop and coach managers, supervisors, and frontline leaders. Improve labor utilization, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Build scalable processes that support continued company growth. Oversee fleet operations and the company's Field Safety Program. Partner with Sales, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing, and Executive Leadership to ensure operational alignment. Analyze operational performance using key metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Resolve complex operational and customer challenges with professionalism and urgency. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and helping people succeed.

Qualifications include:

Five or more years of progressive operations leadership experience. Experience leading managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams. Background in delivery, logistics, transportation, distribution, warehouse, field service, or a related operational environment. Demonstrated success improving processes, developing employees, and driving operational performance. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution. Exercises patience and disciplined decision-making by validating that an issue represents a meaningful pattern before advocating for changes to established processes, balancing continuous improvement with operational stability. Experience with routing, dispatch, fleet management, workforce planning, warehouse management, ERP, or related operational systems is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be considered.
