Duties of the warehouse assistant manager: Oversee and streamline daily warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes Lead, supervise, and delegate daily tasks to warehouse team members to ensure maximum productivity Maintain precise data entry records and utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to ensure data matches physical counts Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and technical procedure manuals Requirements of the warehouse assistant manager: 3-5 years of warehouse leadership, supervisory experience, or related field experience required High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel applications Valid driver's license and forklift certified, or the ability to become certified Ability to lift up to 54 lbs. and push/pull up to 95 lbs. regularly Ability to work actively on your feet, including walking, climbing, bending, and twisting for an entire shift Additional information: Apply today!
