COMPENSATION & BONUS OPPORTUNITIES

Guaranteed weekly base pay: $800. Additional per-package commission , with the rate and details to be discussed during the interview. Additional bonus opportunities for building a reliable driver team and achieving agreed delivery-volume milestones. Actual commissions depend on successful delivery volume. These examples are illustrative and do not guarantee package volume or total earnings. All amounts are before applicable taxes. Payments are made every Friday for the previous Monday-Sunday period.

ADDITIONAL BONUSES

Fleet launch bonus: A separate one-time bonus for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining a reliable driver team capable of supporting station launch.

Parcel-volume milestone bonuses:

Separate one-time bonuses for reaching and sustaining agreed delivery-volume targets while meeting service-quality requirements. Launch and milestone bonuses are paid in addition to the $800 weekly base pay and parcel commissions when the applicable requirements are met. Bonus amounts, targets, measurement periods, and payment timing will be agreed upon in writing before the start date.
