Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield, NJ. This position oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to meet service and accuracy standards. The Warehouse Manager leads and schedules warehouse team members, ensures adherence to safety procedures, and maintains a clean, organized facility. Responsibilities include managing inventory levels, coordinating stock movements, optimizing space utilization, and maintaining accurate records in warehouse management systems. The role also collaborates with logistics, purchasing, and customer service teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support continuous operational improvement. Qualifications Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills to maintain accurate stock levels and records. Stock Control experience to oversee stock movements, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. Operations Management skills to supervise warehouse workflows, staffing, and performance metrics. Forklift Operation proficiency and familiarity with other material-handling equipment, following safety standards. Experience using warehouse or ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Hopstack, Extensiv, and Label Matrix. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic reporting). EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience a plus, particularly for order and shipment data exchange with retail chains. Familiarity with shipping/carrier software (e.g., UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager). Experience with barcode/RF scanning systems for pick, pack, and ship accuracy. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities, with a focus on safety and productivity. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or management; experience in consumer products or retail distribution is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional vocational training or an associate/bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Willing to take skill-set test as a part of interview process. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform other warehouse-related movements. Ability to lift and move up to [50] pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Ability to safely operate or work near forklifts, pallet jacks, loading docks, and other warehouse equipment. Safety and Compliance

• Understand DOT and OSHA Compliance.

• Understand how to handle hazardous or regulated materials when applicable. .Maintain a clean and inspection-ready facility.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
