We support a wide range of hardware including Clover, Valor, Dejavoo, and other industry-leading terminal solutions. Our Deployment team plays a critical role in ensuring merchants receive fully configured,tested, POS equipment quickly and efficiently. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Deployment Manager to oversee all aspects of our POS device inventory, configuration and distribution. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hardware from submitting, receiving and inventory tracking to device configuration, quality control, and outbound shipping all while ensuring operational efficiency between our New Jersey headquarters and Puerto Rico operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deployment team operations including inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and inventory management
• Manage deployment and configuration workflows for POS systems (Clover, Valor, Dejavoo, etc.)
• Ensure all devices are properly staged, tested, and merchant-ready prior to shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across NJ and PR locations, including forecasting and reorder planning
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all outgoing equipment
• Coordinate logistics for inter-office fulfillment (from NJ to PR) and our vendor deliveries
• Supervise and mentor deployment staff, including inbound, outbound, and admin teams
• Enforce and optimize SOPs for deployment, RMA handling, and inventory reconciliation
• Partner cross-functionally with Tech Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding/order fulfillment
• Monitor KPIs such as fulfillment time, error rates, backlog, and inventory accuracy Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of experience in warehouse management, logistics or deployment and inventory management operations
• Direct experience handling POS systems, payment terminals, hardware (Clover, Valor, Dejavoo strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of device provisioning, activation workflows, testing and quality assurance processes
• Experience managing inventory systems and tracking tools (such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, or other CRM/WMS systems)
• Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with payment processing platforms (TSYS, First Data, etc.)
• Familiarity with SIM provisioning (Telnyx , Choice) and cellular-enabled devices
• Experience supporting multi-location operations
• Background in FinTech, SaaS hardware deployment, or Merchant Services What Success Looks Like
• Accurate, real-time inventory across all locations
• Identifying, investigating, and processing inventory discrepancies
• Reduced deployment errors and RMAs
• Faster turnaround times for merchant equipment delivery
• All shipments, returns and inventory worked consistently, by the schedule
• Strong cross-team alignment between Sales, Tech Support and Deployment
• Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
• Scalable processes that support company growth
