Job Overview KPower Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple departments within a high-volume warehouse facility in Monroe Township, NJ . The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse operations knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments, priorities, and teams in a fast-paced environment. This position will work closely with department leads and senior management to ensure productivity, quality, safety, staffing, and operational goals are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage multiple departments within one warehouse facility . Collaborate with department leads to monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance . Effectively manage operations in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment . Conduct regular assessments of operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Monitor and maintain quality control standards across all departments. Provide detailed operational reports and performance updates for senior management review . Forecast labor needs based on workload, production requirements, and business demands. Assist with workforce planning, staffing levels, and daily labor allocation. Identify operational issues and provide effective, timely solutions. Lead and support process improvements designed to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Ensure employees and department leads follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations . Work closely with leadership to address performance, attendance, productivity, and operational concerns. Monitor warehouse workflow and ensure departments remain properly staffed and organized. Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement . Perform other operational duties as needed to support the client and KPower Staffing Solutions. Requirements Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Operations Supervisor , or similar leadership role. Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements . Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising and developing teams. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align daily operations with business objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions . Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, department leads, clients, and senior management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong working knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, loading, unloading, and returns operations . Overall knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution processes . Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word . Fluent in English and Spanish - REQUIRED. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead by example and maintain a professional, productive work environment. Must have reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a staffing, third-party logistics, distribution, or warehouse environment . Experience managing multiple departments and large teams. Experience with labor forecasting, productivity tracking, and operational reporting. Familiarity with warehouse KPIs and performance metrics. Experience working directly with clients and senior management. $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
