Sunday - Wednesday | 4:30 AM - 4:00

PM Starting Pay:

Position Summary Under the responsibility of the Logistics Supervisor, the Warehouse Team Leader provides day-to-day leadership and direction to warehouse team members while helping ensure customer requirements are met safely, efficiently, and accurately. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with leadership duties, making it an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse professionals ready to take the next step in their careers. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse operations while promoting safety, quality, and productivity. Allocate resources and assign daily work to maximize operational efficiency. Motivate, coach, and support team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist with onboarding and training new employees by providing the tools, information, and guidance needed for success.

Perform warehouse duties including:

Forklift operation Loading and unloading Order picking and packing Shipping and receiving Cycle counting Promote and enforce safe work practices throughout the warehouse. Complete warehouse documentation, including picking sheets, bills of lading, and returns. Prepare and submit daily operational reports while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. 1+ year of warehouse experience. 1+ year of powered industrial truck (forklift) experience. 1+ year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience. Forklift experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) preferred. Experience using RF scanners. Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proactive approach to responsibilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and maintain composure under pressure.
