About Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Ohio warehouse operation. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, maintaining safe and efficient operation, and developing a high-performing team. The Warehouse Manager will supervise approximately 10-15 employees and work closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, and leadership to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. What You'll Do Lead and supervise a team of approximately 10-15 warehouse employees, including coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. Oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, staging, loading, and shipping activities. Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Establish and maintain a safe, clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA requirements, including safe forklift and material-handling practices. Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and shipping performance. Coordinate staffing and daily workflow to meet operational demands. Partner with other departments and transportation providers to resolve issues and keep orders moving efficiently. Oversee warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflow, layout, productivity, and overall efficiency. Maintain accurate warehouse records and transactions within ERP/inventory systems. Support hiring, onboarding, employee development, and employee relations in partnership with Human Resources. What We're Looking For Associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field. 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial operations experience. Previous supervisory or management experience leading warehouse or distribution teams. Strong knowledge of inventory, shipping, receiving, material handling, and warehouse safety. Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced warehouse environment. A proactive leadership style with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial distribution, packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry. Experience leading a warehouse relocation, startup, expansion, or operational transition. Forklift trainer or safety certification experience. Experience in implementing warehouse process improvements.
