As we expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Beverage Warehouse Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our operations.

Position Overview:

As the Beverage Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring the efficient storage, handling, and distribution of our diverse range of beverages. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and leading a team of dedicated warehouse staff. ForkLift experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management:

Coordinate and supervise the receipt, storage, and distribution of beverages. Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.

Inventory Control:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize shrinkage and waste.

Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse processes.

Vendor and Supplier Relations:

Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of beverage products. Manage relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the beverage industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and technology.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management. The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
