Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Delivery Coordinator/Driver to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating delivery routes, safely operating various types of vehicles—including box trucks and personal vehicles—and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to our valued customers. Duties Safely operate box trucks, commercial trucks, and personal vehicles to execute delivery routes efficiently Load, unload, and secure goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and safe lifting practices during all driving and manual handling tasks Coordinate delivery schedules with warehouse operations to optimize route planning and ensure timely deliveries Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with team members Load and unload shipments while managing weight handling in the workplace with proper manual transmission operation when applicable Provide excellent customer service by delivering goods professionally, answering questions, and addressing customer needs Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with delivery driver experience involving route driving Warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or commercial truck driving preferred Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks Knowledge of safe lifting practices, heavy lifting techniques, and weight handling in the workplace Familiarity with DOT regulations and adherence to traffic laws during all driving activities Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries efficiently Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Join us in delivering excellence!
