Approximately 20-30 hours per week About Us Desi Junction DJs and Upscale Productions are established event entertainment and production companies serving weddings, corporate events, galas, conferences, and other large-scale events. Our Cypress headquarters houses our professional audio, video, lighting, staging, and event production inventory. We are looking for an organized, dependable AV Warehouse Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day organization, quality control, and movement of our equipment. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in keeping a warehouse organized, equipment show-ready, and event teams prepared for successful productions. Position Overview The AV Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse while ensuring equipment is properly inventoried, tested, prepared, and returned after events. The ideal candidate has previous experience in AV, live events, event production, entertainment production, or a similar technical environment . AV experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to experienced warehouse professionals who are comfortable learning professional production equipment. This role requires someone who can work independently, establish organization and accountability, and eventually help manage warehouse personnel and processes. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day organization and cleanliness of the warehouse Maintain accurate equipment inventory using LASSO Prepare, pull, scan, and stage equipment for upcoming events Check equipment back into inventory following events Perform quality-control checks on audio, video, lighting, cabling, and production equipment Identify damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment Coordinate equipment requiring repair or additional testing Maintain organized storage locations for equipment, cables, cases, accessories, and consumables Ensure equipment is properly packed and protected before leaving the warehouse Assist with loading and unloading trucks and production vehicles Help maintain accurate counts of equipment and warehouse supplies Conduct periodic inventory counts and identify discrepancies Help develop and maintain efficient warehouse procedures Coordinate with our operations and production teams to ensure event equipment is prepared correctly and on time Maintain a safe, clean, and professional warehouse environment Help supervise warehouse staff and stagehands as the position develops Make occasional equipment pickups or deliveries using company vehicles
Qualifications Strongly Preferred:
Previous experience in AV, live events, event production, entertainment, staging, or production rental Working knowledge of basic professional audio, video, lighting, cabling, and production equipment Previous warehouse management, inventory management, or team leadership experience Experience with inventory or equipment-management software
Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take ownership of warehouse organization and equipment accountability Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment Ability to repeatedly lift and move equipment weighing approximately 50-75 lbs Ability to move road cases, speakers, staging equipment, and other production gear Comfortable loading and unloading trucks Basic computer and technology skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Reliable transportation to our Cypress, TX headquarters Dependable and punctual Ability to work Monday through Friday Experience with LASSO is a plus but not required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who sees an organized warehouse as an important part of a successful event. The right person will be proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs attention. You should be comfortable identifying problems, improving organization, keeping equipment accountable, and making sure our production teams leave the warehouse prepared. This position has the opportunity to grow in responsibility for someone who demonstrates strong leadership, organization, and knowledge of our equipment and operation. Compensation $18.00 - $24.00 per hour Starting pay will be based on relevant warehouse, AV, event-production, inventory-management, and leadership experience. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Full-Time:
Up to 40 hours per week
Part-Time:
Approximately 20-30 hours per week This is an in-person position at our Cypress, Texas headquarters.

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
