Customer service is our number one priority, and we take pride in treating every customer with respect and helping them get the materials they need. Job Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and steel yard operations
Lead, train, and provide direction to warehouse employees
Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed eiciently
Oversee the pulling, preparation, and loading of customer orders
Ensure orders are accurate before materials leave the yard
Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks and customer vehicles
Oversee receiving, organization, and proper storage of incoming materials
Help maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment as needed
Assist with measuring, cutting, pulling, and loading materials when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and steel yard
Enforce company safety procedures and proper equipment operation
Provide professional, helpful customer service
Communicate with sales and management to keep orders and daily operations running smoothly
