Collaborate with the sales team on updates, changes with truck sizes, delivery issues, and venue information.
Print and update the warehouse on any changes to delivery plans.
Problem-solve issues that arise on job sites, communicating effectively with warehouse personnel.
Provide translation assistance if bilingual, bridging communication between the warehouse and dispatch.
Ensure drivers are familiar with truck inspection forms and product handling protocols.
Guide team members on effective communication with clients, especially during arrival notifications and addressing dissatisfaction.
Emphasize dress code and presentability for all delivery staff.
