In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse workflows, and uphold safety standards to support our company's growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about warehouse management and team development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity goals
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to support order fulfillment
• Maintain warehouse layout, organization, and cleanliness for optimal efficiency
• Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs, labor performance, and inventory metrics
• Coordinate merchandise shipments to Amazon
• Maintain cost-effective processes through proper analysis of shipping options
• Oversee use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and systems (e.g., Luminous, Amazon, etc) Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution center management. DTC brand preferred.
• Fork-lift operator Certification
• 2+ Years of experience with Amazon Logistics - AGL, FBA, FBM
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and warehouse best practices
• Experience managing teams and driving performance improvements
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and inventory software (Shopify, ShipStation, Luminous preferred)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Supervisory Responsibility

• Ability to lift and move materials as required; up to 50lbs
• May require extended hours during peak periods

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
