ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Performing regular inventory audits, ensuring accurate record-keeping and controlling and sharing in a daily basis STK discrepancies with Warehouse Supervisor
• Receiving and processing incoming orders, manufacturing orders accurately on ERP System
• Ensuring hourly printing tickets on control dashboard, monitoring picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
• Handling RMA returns process. Implement actions plan to avoid future issues.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and shipments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing inbound and outbound logistics.
• Coordinating with transportation providers for efficient pickup/delivery schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with shipping and receiving regulations. Hazards
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit corporate process
• Identifying areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implementing best practices to ensure safety, enhance productivity and reduce costs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 1.

Education:

Associate degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment (ERP, WMS)
