Manages warehouse layout, product security, equipment decisions, HACCP compliance, forklift training, returns & picking Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement, develop SOPs, partner cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, and lead hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development while maintaining a strong safety culture. About the job Step into a pivotal operations leadership role where you'll manage end-to-end warehouse functions and help shape a high-performing supply chain that drives business success. From inventory strategy and logistics oversight to cross-functional collaboration and team development, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations across domestic and international markets. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$80168 per year
