• General Manager — Manufacturing & Distribution
• Spokane, WA

• $150,000-$200,000 + 25-50%+ bonus potential A mid-sized, well-established and growing manufacturer and distributor ($50M+) is looking for its next General Manager.

This is the #1 role: full P&L, the whole team including sales, and a real seat at the table. The company has a well-recognized, proven product line and significant room to grow. They want an experienced leader to take it to the next level — not a caretaker.

• What you would do
• Own the full P&L Lead all manufacturing and distribution functions and the business processes behind them Lead the sales team — outside and inside sales Lead, mentor and develop a team of roughly 75-100 people, directly and through your managers Build further on an established lean culture Develop the strategic and tactical plan and budget, and run the business against it
• What you need
• Bachelor's degree 5+ years of manufacturing or distribution leadership Full P&L experience Experience leading a sales team Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean and strategic/tactical planning A strong record of leading, managing and developing people
