Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$75/hr.

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-4:30 PM What's the Job? Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, staging, and internal material movement Supervise warehouse associates and forklift drivers, setting daily priorities and resolving bottlenecks Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including dock scheduling, carrier communication, and compliance with retail routing guides Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy control, utilizing ERP systems Ensure safety standards are met, including OSHA compliance and proper forklift practices What's Needed? 5-7+ years of progressive warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience At least 3 years of hands-on leadership in a manufacturing or distribution environment Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and knowledge of OSHA and forklift protocols Strong leadership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure Experience with retail compliance and shipping requirements is highly preferred What's in it for me?
