Position Summary Seeking a senior supply chain leader to oversee global sourcing and supply chain strategy for mechanical components supporting high-growth product lines and new product introductions. This role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, cost optimization, supplier development, capacity planning, and building a scalable, resilient supply chain. The position leads a team focused on sourcing precision mechanical components and partnering closely with engineering and operations to support growth and manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead global sourcing strategy for mechanical commodities, including injection molding, CNC machining, die castings, metal stampings, fasteners, composites, extrusions, and rubber components. Develop and execute supplier selection, supplier performance, and cost-reduction strategies. Manage commercial negotiations, inventory planning, supplier capacity, and on-time delivery. Partner with engineering teams to ensure manufacturability, cost competitiveness, and supply chain readiness throughout product development. Drive supplier assessments, risk mitigation, and long-range capacity planning. Improve supply chain systems, processes, forecasting, and material planning. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sourcing and supply chain team. Align global supply chain strategy with business growth, new product launches, and customer fulfillment objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field. 8+ years of experience leading a mechanical supply chain, sourcing, or procurement organization. Strong expertise in precision mechanical manufacturing and supplier management. Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional leadership. Experience driving process improvements, change management, and supplier performance programs.
