Inventory Manager Your Skincare Source — Cape Coral, Florida Full-Time | In-Person Your Skincare Source is a fast-growing professional skincare e-commerce company seeking an experienced, highly organized Inventory Manager to oversee inventory accuracy, product receiving, stock organization, and fulfillment operations at our Cape Coral location. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accurate inventory, efficient order processing, and exceptional attention to detail. Shopify experience is mandatory. Applicants without Shopify experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day inventory operations across our e-commerce business Maintain accurate inventory quantities within Shopify Receive incoming shipments and verify products, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates Properly label, organize, and store inventory Conduct routine cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock, overstocked, or slow-moving products Coordinate inventory adjustments, transfers, damaged products, returns, and vendor discrepancies Use shipping software to process and monitor outgoing orders Help oversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely shipment Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse and fulfillment area Assist with promotional launches, high-volume sales periods, and new product arrivals Develop and maintain inventory procedures that improve accuracy and efficiency Work closely with ownership and the customer service and fulfillment teams Help train and oversee fulfillment staff as needed Required Qualifications Hands-on Shopify experience is required Experience using shipping software such as ShipStation or a comparable platform is required Previous inventory management, warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce operations experience Strong computer and technology skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of inventory operations Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move inventory and shipping boxes Preferred Qualifications Experience with ShipStation Experience working for an e-commerce or retail company Previous supervisory or team-lead experience Familiarity with professional skincare, beauty, or luxury consumer products Experience managing high-volume inventory with multiple SKUs Position Details Full-time position In-person at our Cape Coral, Florida location Compensation based on experience Employee skincare product discounts Opportunity to grow with an established and rapidly expanding company About Your Skincare Source Your Skincare Source is an authorized online retailer specializing in professional and medical-grade skincare.
