We are growing our Key Largo location and are hiring a Service Advisor & Parts Manager who takes as much pride in the work as we do. The Opportunity This is a dual-role position for one experienced professional who will own both the Service Advisor and Parts Manager functions for our Key Largo store. You will be the voice of our Service Department — the point of contact who keeps customers informed, technicians moving, and the parts pipeline flowing. If you know marine service inside and out, love working with boat owners, and can navigate Lightspeed in your sleep, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Greet customers, write clear repair orders, and set realistic expectations from the first conversation Educate clients on Ultimate Marine's products, services, warranty coverage, and current offers Schedule service appointments, monitor job progress, calculate charges, and process payments Own the parts department — source, quote, order, and receive parts; manage inventory levels and turns Create purchase orders in Lightspeed and reconcile receipts against POs and invoices Coordinate between customers, technicians, parts vendors, and sales to keep every job on track Review customer accounts and communicate account changes to internal staff Handle complaints, returns, and warranty issues with professionalism and follow-through Accurately record customer details, service history, and transactions in Lightspeed Serve as the trusted relationship point of contact for every service customer at Key Largo What You Need Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marine Service Advisor — required Parts management experience in a marine, powersports, or automotive dealership — required Lightspeed EVO / Lightspeed retail management experience — required Proven track record in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment Ultimate Marine
