The PUE internship offers exposure to supplier engagement, project management, and ERP systems, with assignments that increase in complexity as proficiency is demonstrated. While employment after graduation is not guaranteed, our goal is to prepare interns to step into entry-level roles with confidence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSend out Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons to support supplier selectionAssist in the setup of new SKUs within SAPSupport and attend supplier technical reviews to gain technical knowledge and strengthen supplier relationshipsContribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metPerform data organization and analysis using Microsoft ExcelAssist in supplier and material master data updates within ERP systemsQualificationsInternship DatesMay 27,2026- August 7, 2026QualificationsCurrently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3.0 GPAProficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedAdditional InformationThe US base hourly range for this position will be in between $18- $24 depending on the credits accumulated for the undergraduate students. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific hourly range during the interview process. Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
