  • Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Lead purchasing, planning, scheduling, inventory control, and warehouse operations
  • Optimize inventory levels while maintaining exceptional customer service performance
  • Drive Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)
  • Develop long-range inventory planning strategies
  • Improve ERP/MRP utilization through data-driven decision making
  • Establish executive KPI dashboards and performance reporting
  • Lead manufacturing capacity planning initiatives
  • Develop supplier partnership strategies and performance management programs
  • Expand global sourcing opportunities while mitigating supply chain risk
  • Lead risk management and business continuity planning
  • Support capital planning and manufacturing expansion initiatives
  • Provide acquisition integration support for future business growth
  • Lead ERP implementation and continuous system improvement initiatives
  • Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement across the supply chain
  • Build scalable processes supporting long-term organizational growth
  • Build, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing Materials organization
  • Create succession plans and develop future leaders
  • Foster accountability through measurable performance metrics
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Quality
  • Present strategic recommendations and executive business cases to senior leadership
  • Influence organizational decisions through strong communication and analytical skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering or related field, or relevant experience
  • 7+ years of Materials Management or Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably contract manufacturing, with the ability to understand and manage material requirements in a highly customized operation
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with responsibility for leading, mentoring and developing team members
  • Strong experience with inventory management and inventory control, including maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing on-hand inventory levels
  • Strong experience with purchasing and supplier management, including negotiating pricing, rates and terms with suppliers
  • Experience developing and executing materials, purchasing or supply chain strategies with team members
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems for inventory management, purchasing and material planning, preferably Vantage or Epicor
