ABOUT THE ROLE

Bay State Bath is a woman-owned bath remodeling company serving homeowners across Massachusetts, known for fast, fully prepared installs — many completed in a single day. That speed depends on one thing: every crew leaving the warehouse with exactly what the job needs. When materials sit on a shelf instead of going out the door, revenue sits with them. The Warehouse and Logistics Manager owns the full flow of materials from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave on a truck. You will run receiving and inventory, stage a complete cart for every job, walk each installer through their scope before load-out, and maintain a clear chain of custody so the team always knows whether a vanity, countertop, or faucet is in the building or at the customer's home. We are the Home Depot and the Lowe's for our crews — no mid-job supply runs. This is a leadership role, not a task role. You will lead the warehouse team, run the daily production huddle, spot open installers and ready jobs and recommend the match to scheduling, and pick up the phone to confirm a customers start when needed. Success in six months means carts are 100% ready before 6:00 AM, nothing is sitting unscheduled in the warehouse, and the company has its first monthly inventory close-out in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive, unpack, verify, and log all incoming materials; post receipts in the company system immediately so customers can be scheduled the moment their materials arrive. Build and maintain an inventory tracking process, including a monthly inventory close-out. Build and stage a complete cart of outgoing materials for every project by the start of each shift (on average 6 new multi-projects each day). Lead the 6:00 AM crew load-out: review scope of work, job images, and inventory count with each installer before materials go on the truck — no self-serve pickups. Maintain chain of custody for materials on multi-day and multi-week projects so their location is always known. Run a daily production meeting to anticipate job pitfalls before crews hit the road. Identify open installers and jobs that are ready to go; recommend crew-to-job matches to the scheduling team. Contact customers when needed to confirm availability for upcoming starts, coordinating final confirmation with scheduling. Coordinate daily with the COO and scheduling/production coordinators to close the gap between receiving and scheduling. Lead, train, and hold accountable the warehouse assistant team, including delegating to the evening shift. Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient in a space handling multiple crews at once during morning load-out.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-Negotiables 5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience, including at least 3 years leading a team Logistics or dispatch experience matching crews/routes to jobs Reliable early riser — on site and ready before 6:00 AM every day Proven ownership mindset: anticipates problems and acts without being asked Confident communicator who can direct installers and speak with customers by phone Very strong organization and attention to detail; builds and follows systems Comfortable with inventory or job-management software Nice to Have Experience in construction, remodeling, plumbing supply, or home services Experience setting up cycle counts or monthly inventory close-outs Experience with ImproveIt 360 (Salesforce) and excel Forklift certification Bilingual - Brazilian portuguese

FIELD REQUIREMENTS

Onsite, full-time; early start required (approx. 5:00 AM). Able to lift and move bath materials and fixtures, stand and walk for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Bay State Bath has outgrown its current building and is building out its leadership team. The Warehouse Manager who installs real systems here will be positioned to grow into a broader Logistics or Operations leadership role as the company expands, including a potential second location.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base salary: $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience
