FULL TIME

hours 5 days a week Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday Saturday 9a-2p Saturday is 9a-2p 37 Hours a week. Sitelink/Cubby software experience a HUGE plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are #1 and in this role, you will:

• Deliver superior customer service through proper phone techniques, as well as to walk-in customers
• Assist personal & business Customers with determining storage needs
• Rent storage units to attain store revenue goals
• Offer Sales of related merchandise
• Offer Insurance Products to protect Customers Stored Property
• Perform Property maintenance/upkeep

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with 2 years of retail/sales experience who possess excellent customer service, communication skills and Level 1-2 Maintenance skills to join our dynamic sales team.
