We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels, product organization, and listing accuracy for our automotive eBay store. This role ensures that inventory is properly tracked, stored, replenished, and prepared for listing and fulfillment. The ideal candidate has strong operational discipline, experience with automotive parts or e‑commerce inventory, and the ability to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Manage daily inventory levels, stock counts, and product organization Receive, inspect, and categorize incoming automotive parts Maintain accurate SKU records, bin locations, and stock movement logs Prepare items for listing by verifying part numbers, condition, and compatibility Coordinate with packaging and shipping teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment Identify low‑stock items and communicate replenishment needs Track inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions Maintain a clean, structured warehouse layout for efficient workflow Assist with bulk ordering, supplier coordination, and restocking Support eBay listing accuracy by providing correct product details and photos Follow safety procedures and proper handling protocols Qualifications Prior inventory management or warehouse experience preferred Automotive parts knowledge is a strong plus Familiarity with eBay or other e‑commerce platforms is beneficial Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment Proficiency with basic computer systems.
