Job Summary About Bless Wellness Bless Wellness is a woman-owned and family-operated cannabis dispensary in Flemington, New Jersey. Position Summary The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate cannabis and non-cannabis inventory and ensuring inventory activities comply with company procedures and New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission requirements. This position oversees receiving, product tracking, reconciliation, audits and inventory staff while maintaining accurate records within Sweed POS and Metrc. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records in Sweed POS, Metrc and other applicable systems. Conduct routine cycle counts and daily, weekly and monthly inventory audits. Investigate, document and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. Oversee receipt of cannabis and non-cannabis deliveries and verify manifests and physical product. Ensure inventory movements and adjustments are documented in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations. Coordinate with leadership and vendors regarding stock levels, reorder needs and product planning. Maintain organized, secure and compliant back-of-house inventory areas. Apply FIFO and other approved inventory-control practices where appropriate. Train and supervise inventory team members on receiving, handling, documentation and compliance procedures. Prepare inventory, discrepancy and compliance reports for leadership. Maintain records and operational readiness for regulatory inspections and internal audits. Partner with retail leadership to support accurate product availability and efficient store operations. Minimum Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Minimum 2 years of inventory management, inventory control, retail operations, logistics or warehouse experience. Must satisfy all background check and regulatory requirements applicable to the position. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to reconcile discrepancies. Experience supervising or leading employees. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or comparable spreadsheet tools. Strong written, verbal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines and maintain accurate records. Preferred Qualifications Previous cannabis dispensary inventory experience. Proficiency with Sweed POS and/or Metrc. Working knowledge of New Jersey cannabis inventory and compliance requirements. Experience with regulated inventory environments. Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations or a related field is a plus, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Physical & Work Requirements This position may require extended periods of standing and walking, frequent movement between retail and back-of-house areas, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. The role may involve exposure to cannabis products, temperature variations and approved cleaning agents. $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
