Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator Lynn's Audio Video Part-Time to Full-Time | 3-5 Days Per Week Position Overview Lynn's Audio Video is looking for a reliable and organized Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to help manage incoming and outgoing products for our custom audio/video installation projects. This role is critical to keeping jobs running smoothly by ensuring equipment is received, organized, staged, tracked, and distributed accurately to technicians and project teams. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable of unloading shipments, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Receive and unload daily deliveries and shipments Inspect incoming products for accuracy and damage Organize and maintain warehouse inventory Stage equipment and materials for upcoming installation jobs Track products being checked in and out by technicians Maintain accurate inventory records and counts Assist with inventory audits and stock reconciliation Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Coordinate with project managers and technicians to ensure job readiness Assist with loading company vehicles when needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Ability to work 3-5 days per week Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move equipment safely Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems Experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics work preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day Comfortable working in warehouse and delivery environments What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable and growing company environment Opportunity for advancement Team-oriented workplace To Apply Please send your resume and work experience to: travis@lynnsaudiovideo.com or apply in person at Lynn's Audio Video.
