Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Manager and Inspection Specialist to lead our inventory control operations for our property management company. The job would also entail property inspections and other tasks as well. This pivotal role combines strategic oversight of inventory management with rigorous inspection processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all of our properties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging technical proficiency and analytical skills to optimize operations, enhance process improvements, and maintain high standards of quality assurance. We want someone who will help develop our processes to ensure our inventory is adequate and helps us maintain an efficient workspace. Duties Oversee 90+ properties, ensuring seamless inventory flow, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment aligned with demand planning. Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties and storage spaces to verify accuracy Utilize management systems to monitor inventory levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions Manage procurement processes by sourcing materials and ordering inventory Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Physical ability for heavy lifting when required; familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures is a plus. Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration across departments including retail management and production planning.
